The 2008-09i in-state student tuition rate is $95 per credit hour with a $40 per-semestetr technology fee. The proposed ratez are $99.65 per credit hour with a $50 per-semestedr technology fee for the 2009-10 year and $104.54 per credit hour and $60 per-semestef technology fee for the 2010-11 year. The cost for full-tims students, who take 15 credit hours, would increase by $79.75 per semesteer in 2009-10 and by $83.50 in 2010-11.
