Trump developers must leave deposit interest alone, judge says - Tampa Bay Business Journal:

SimDag received the violation letter last and in August the developer was orderesd to a municipal code enforcement hearing scheduledfor Oct. 15, accordingg to court documents. The city’s code enforcement department said the Trump site was in a stater of disrepair including overgrowthof vegetation, accumulatiobn of debris and a damaged On Sept. 25 several workers with hand tools were seen tacklingb the heaps ofovergrowm vegetation. The code enforcemenf board could levy fines of upto $5,0090 per day for continued violations, althoughy many fines are reduced if code issuex are cleared up by a certaimn time.
SimDag had made up to $700,000o in interest from buyer depositsof $19 court documents say. SimDag had hoped to use the remainingg deposit money toward cleaning upthe site. Some however, scrambled to oppose SimDag’s motion.
